Build your core one plank at a time! Join us for our first-ever “Planksgiving Challenge” at Esteam 🦃💪 From November 10 through the end of the month (with a Thanksgiving Day bonus!), let’s turn up the heat with a daily plank. Share your progress with us along the way, we’re in it together!
🎯 Goal: Increase each day by 5-10 seconds. Take 1 rest day each week.
💡 Tip: Pick a set time each day to get it done! Whether it’s in the morning, after your workout, or before dinner — consistency builds strength and routine builds results.
✏️ Modification: Start where you are! If leading off with a 30 second plank is too challenging, start with 10 or 20 seconds and build from there.
