Our Success Story for the month of November is Carrie Carrier! Here is her story:

I was referred to the office through a coworker who has had great results here ans she knew I needed to get relief from the constant pain I was dealing with.

Before I started coming here I was dealing with sciatica pain in my lower back that ran down my right leg. I had pain in the middle of my back that traveled to the right side! I had stiffness that kept me from walking to the house after I drove home from work, I would have to stand for a couple minutes before I could walk.

It was affecting my daily life because I was in constant pain all the time and it makes it hard to complete daily tasks such as work, home chores, lawn care or having any kind of social life.

Since I have started chiropractic care I have experienced less pain with each visit. I follow up with recommended stretches that are provided and the results are unbelievable. A pain free daily life does exist!

I am stretching daily for 20 minutes and have started to do some chair yoga for 10 minutes a day. I am continuing with my weight loss journey, stretching and toning my muscles. The goal I have set for myself is to bend over far enough to place my hands flat on the floor. Progress is being made without all the pain and stiffness.

For anyone considering chiropractic care I would say "Be kind to yourself and try chiropractic care if you suffer from any kind of pain and/or stiffness. It can be the lifestyle change that you need to take care of yourself and keep your bodies mobile, limber and pain-free. Start living a better quality of life instead of living with pain and stiff muscles."
