Our Success Story for January is Julie McNiff, here is her story: My husband and kids have been coming to this office for quite some time, and they finally convinced me to give it a try.

Before coming to Alive Health I was dealing with neck pain at a constant “8-9” pain level. I also had numbness in my fingers, on both of my hands.

These symptoms were making it very difficult to sleep, which in turn made it difficult to concentrate, I had low energy and it was making exercise very difficult as well.

Since I have started chiropractic care with Alive Health the numbness in my fingers has completely resolved. My neck pain is now very minimal, maybe a “1” pain level, once or twice a week! I also have realized that there are some bad habits that I had, which were contributing to these issues.

To achieve the results I want from routine chiropractic care I have decreased my “screentime” substantially, I have adapted better posture habits, as well as incorporating the stretching exercises that were recommended.

For anyone considering chiropractic care I would tell them “Do it! From where I started 3 months ago to where I am today is incredible. Invest in your health, invest in yourself. You won’t regret it!”
