This 90-minute offering combines intentional movement (strength, balance, and restorative) followed by guided group reflection to explore how your nervous system responds to stress, and how to support it.
Weâll move through activation and slowing down, then come together to process what showed up, build awareness, and develop practical tools you can actually use in your daily life.
