Epione is dedicated in providing services to the community that are inclusive and accessible to all, while remaining genuine and authentic in our approach to all who come through our doors.

Wherever you put the mind, the body follows.
And lately, we’ve been noticing just how true that is.

When our thoughts are all over the place, so are our shoulders, our breath, our sleep, our ability to just be in our bodies.

But when we slow down, even just a little, something shifts.
The breath softens. The grip loosens.
The body starts to trust us again.

It doesn’t mean everything’s perfect.
It just means we’re starting to lead from somewhere steadier.

If you’re needing a place to reconnect, to move gently, and to come home to yourself we’d love to have you with us.
On the mat, in the stillness, through the breath.

We don’t talk about this part of Epione enough.

We’ll be honest, it’s easier to post about the wellness side of what we do, it photographs beautifully, and doesn’t come with confidentiality concerns.

But the heart of Epione? The part that often runs quietly in the background? It’s our mental health work, and it deserves a spotlight too.

Our clinicians walk alongside clients of all ages, many of whom have trusted us on this journey for years.

We partner with local school districts, non-profits, and grant programs to provide free and reduced-cost therapy for youth and families who need it most. We have master’s-level interns doing clinical hours inside schools and in our center, supporting students where they are.

We respond when schools, teams, agencies, and businesses need crisis care. When a family doesn’t know where to turn. When a kid just needs one trusted adult to talk to.

We have the most dedicated NPS student volunteers, who help us pack and deliver community donations—because healing takes more than therapy; it takes tangible support and a connected community.

This isn’t the flashy part of Epione.

We don’t spotlight this often—because it’s real life, and real care isn’t about recognition. True service doesn’t need applause.

But it is the foundation of who we are.

We may downplay it sometimes—but make no mistake:
We are proud of what we offer here. We love this community and we hope our community feels it.
