Mean behavior isn’t accidental.
It’s intentional.

Creating drama.
Creating a false narrative.
Wanting people to pick our side.
Applying pressure.

We know what we’re doing.

If we can’t own it,
we know it’s wrong.

We can always do better.
So move with purpose and integrity.

Some of us journal.
Some of us send an unhinged amount of reels for our mental health.
Balance.

Not all therapy happens on a couch.

Sometimes it happens on a mat.
On a board.
On a massage table.
Or in a room full of people doing the work.

Whatever it looks like for you…
we’ve got you.

03/15/2026

Outside the studio, everyone’s life looks different.

Different stress.
Different schedules.
Different stories.

But once class starts, we’re all here for the same reason.

To move, breathe, and take care of ourselves.

Health and wellness fairs are not new to us, but most of the time we are busy doing the work in our offices, wellness rooms, and studio supporting the community in real time. Because of that, it has been hard for us to attend them regularly over the years.

This year we made it a priority to clear our calendars and show up more in these spaces, not because we need to, but because we WANT to.

It has also been great to come together as a team, even if it is just a few of us representing at a time. A big thank you to the team! Our calendars are full, and stepping away from direct care to connect with the larger community is not a small thing.

We have tackled a few so far, with many more lined up.

The feedback has been amazing:

β€œHow original.”
β€œWhat a great concept.”
β€œThis is exactly what our communities need.”
β€œWe’ve heard amazing things.”

But our favorites:

β€œOur child goes there… thank you for what you do.”
β€œI go there. I love it.”
β€œWe refer to you. We appreciate you.”

Those moments mean everything to us.

Whole body wellness. Rooted in community.

Reminder for everyone:

There is no version of you that you need to β€œget back to.”

Not your old body.
Not your old routines.
Not the person you were years ago.

That version of you existed for a different chapter of your life.

Different stress.
Different responsibilities.
Different priorities.

You weren’t meant to stay there forever.

You were meant to grow.

But somewhere along the way we started believing the goal was to rewind.

To get back to the old weight.
The old routines.
The old version of ourselves.

Growth doesn’t work that way.

Growth changes you.
Experience changes you.
Wisdom changes you.

And that’s not something to undo.

It’s something to respect.

We’re not meant to go backward.

We’re meant to grow forward.

Sometimes the clinical diagnosis is: jerk.

We had other choice words, but we like to keep it PG πŸ˜‰

Sometimes we spend a lot of time trying to figure out what’s wrong with us.

We replay conversations.
We question our reactions.
We try to be more patient, more understanding, more mature.

We do the work because we want to grow.

But sometimes that process makes us feel like we’re going crazy.

Sometimes we start believing we’re the problem.

And sometimes the truth is much simpler.

Not every difficult person needs a clinical explanation.

Sometimes someone is just unhappy.
Sometimes someone is insecure.
Sometimes they project.
Sometimes they’re simply a jerk.

Doing your own work is important.

But doing your work doesn’t mean you have to tolerate someone else refusing to do theirs.

Protect your peace.

International Women’s Day feels like the perfect day to share our next Reset Series…of course men are always invited!

A space created by women, led by women, and built for our community to reconnect, move, restore, and breathe a little deeper together.

The Reset Series
Sunday, March 29th | 11 AM – 1 PM

Two hours of movement and restoration with Theresa and Linda
✨ A dynamic blend of barre, HIIT, and Pilates with Theresa
✨ Slow restorative flow transitioning into sound healing with Linda

Then stay after to create and decorate a journal you’ll carry with you through the year β€” a place for reflection, intention setting, and whatever chapters you choose to write next.

We’ll also have light bites, beverages, and time to connect with the community.

Sometimes the best reset is moving your body and spending time in a room full of supportive people. 🀍

So many new faces, new members, and inquiries lately. A pretty great way to step back into the studio after our retreat.

So… let us reintroduce ourselves.
Studio edition.

At Epione, our pricing is intentional:

β€’ First class always free
β€’ $79 monthly unlimited (includes a monthly guest pass)
β€’ $60 unlimited student access
β€’ Class packs: 5 for $80 | 10 for $150
β€’ Family packages available

We invest in quality equipment, stay conscious of the community we serve, and keep pricing fair…for all.

One thing we protect is class time.

It’s for movement, breath, and focus.
Your time, not our social time.

Stay after class to connect and catch up. Community is part of what makes this place special.

Every dollar from a class goes back into the studio, the equipment, and the instructors who show up for you each day.

Thanks for joining us.
Thanks for sharing us.
Hope we answered a few questions.
Looking forward to seeing you in the studio. 🀍

Many of you have been following along on our stories, but here’s one for the grid.

There were so many incredible moments this week, and I know this video doesn’t even capture a quarter of what actually happened here.

Yes, there was movement.
There was rest.
There was ocean, adventure, and a lot of fun.

But it was so much more than that.

It was twenty people coming together under one roof, many arriving as strangers, slowly becoming something more through shared experience.

It was early morning quiet.
Journals opening.
Honest conversations that only happen when people feel safe enough to be real.

It was strength in vulnerability.
Empowerment in speaking truths that had been sitting quietly for a long time.
Tears that came from releasing things that no longer needed to be carried.
Laughter that filled the house and reminded us how good it feels to simply be together.

It was people showing up for themselves and for each other.

To slow down.
To reconnect.
To move their bodies.
To calm their minds.
To remember what it feels like to be present.

Twenty people, one home, one shared purpose.
To step away from the noise of everyday life and return to what matters.

We received so many messages and texts from people saying they want to join the next one.

We promise you, the next retreat will be just as special.
And if this one taught us anything, it’s that the magic isn’t just in the place (believe us it will be magical πŸ˜‰).

It’s in the people who choose to show up. 🀍

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 🀍

To our incredible Epione team holding down the fort back home, thank you for keeping the heart of Epione steady while we’re away.

And to our retreat staff…

Theresa, for constantly challenging the group to managing every class layout from prep to clean up to set up, and for managing my anxiety too πŸ˜† You are the steady hand behind it all.

Kim, for being unapologetically you, kicking ass nonstop, and empowering everyone around you to rise up and show up fully.

Tracy, for saying yes to the challenge, stepping outside your comfort zone, and absolutely crushing it.

Eleni, for bringing the calm, the grounding energy, and the deep tissue release we didn’t know we needed but definitely did.

This week worked because of you.
Leadership looks like teamwork.
And this team? Unmatched. 🀍

Community matters. Dignity matters. Our students matter.

We are proud to partner in support of Taylor Collins’ senior project to create a β€œTake What You Need” Closet at the high school.

The vision is simple and powerful.
A safe, quiet space where students can access basic necessities without questions, attention, or embarrassment.

Hygiene items.
A change of clothes.
Everyday essentials.

No student should have to navigate their day worrying about things that should be basic.

Taylor, along with the support of Epione, the high school guidance department and administration hope this project grows beyond a single closet and helps create a culture across our schools where support is accessible, discreet, and rooted in dignity.

Now we need your help.

We are working to fill the closet with starter necessities and the proper storage to organize it well. We are currently collecting:

β€’ Deodorant
β€’ Toothbrushes and toothpaste
β€’ Shampoo and conditioner
β€’ Body wash
β€’ Feminine hygiene products
β€’ Basic clothing items (new or gently used)
β€’ Backpacks
β€’ Storage bins, shelving, and hanging racks

If you would like to contribute, you can drop items at Epione or purchase directly through the Amazon wishlist for easy delivery: https://a.co/0byN1Fth

Community is what it’s about. Always.
