Several things-
First, huge thank you to Mountain Roots Herbs for the tea workshop last night. So much fun! Can't wait to have you back!
Second, classes this evening will be weather dependent since we're expecting more snow. So please let me know if you're planning to come and message or watch this page for updates.
Same with classes tomorrow morning. Watch for updates. Let me know if you're planning to attend the 6am or 9am.
Pilates tomorrow evening at 7
No classes on Friday evening or Saturday morning. BUT there will be makeup classes Saturday evening 5:30pm yoga, 6:45 pilates.
