It's NATIONAL CAREGIVERS DAY ❤️

When I studied to be a Life & Wellness Coach my original intent was to support Moms who care for children who have Special Needs. I did for a while but when supporting others, my PTSD from the early years got activated. Wasn't healthy for me so I made other choices to use what I learned. Fast forward 25 years and living the best life I can because of the love and support of my husband, family, friends and everyone that surrounds me. I can make it look easy but truth is ... somedays it's really hard, which is why I'm sharing this video.

To all Moms who care for children who need special love and care, this documentary is available for viewing, free of charge, for a short time. If you love a parent caregiver, it's for you too. One can't understand the world of a parent caregiver unless you live it. A gift you can give to those who do is to let them know you'v tried to understand it a bit more ❤️ I haven't watched it in it's entirety but will later today. So if you know a caregiver send them a virtual hug. If you can hug them in person ... even better.💖

My Go with the Flow Family, I can't make this up. Divine Intervention 🙏🏻.

Ever since I cancelled my lease, my husband, among others, have encouraged me to take the sign and keep it as a memory. Nope. Chapter closed. Will only be clutter.

Right before Christmas I see the For Lease sign, I'm tempted to reopen. At night the lights above my sign shine directly on it. The purpose is to display the For Lease sign ... but it looks like I'm still open for business. Do I reopen? Nope. Chapter closed. New adventures ahead.

This morning I drive by and said to myself, "Ugh, I'm going to call the landlord and ask to take my sign down". It keeps nagging at me. During my meeting I receive a text to pick up a prescription so I decide to do so on my way home. As I'm pulling into CVS I decide I'll take a photo of the For Lease sign from my car while at the drive thru. I'll have the phone number and will call when I get home.

I pull up to the drive through. OMG, there is a ladder propped against the building ... right under my sign. 2 Trucks are parked in front. I leave CVS, pull next to one of the trucks. The entire front 1/2 of the building is removed (big time renovations). I explain to a worker that him I'm a previous tenant and I'd love to have the sign. He says give me 10 minutes. Wouldn't even take a tip.

There is so much more I can say about this. What I know beyond a reasonable doubt is, "God gave me a gift that day. If I didn't believe before, or had more questions than faith ... I do now. This doesn't just happen. My heart has burst open ❤️". My sign is on our porch ... always with me 🙏🏻

Then there's the fact that I was in that CVS drive thru when I first saw the For Rent sign ... which began an important chapter in my life. Here I was again, in that CVS drive thru with the message that I have to continue to Go With The Flow 💙 Now I have a visible sign and gentle reminder that there is always a plan ✨

Inner Child Work for me, is emotional. Actually it's supposed to be 🥰 I've been fortunate to have Lori Lamont, Empowerment EFT hold a safe space for me, to be with my Inner Child. However, many times I shy away even though I know how healing it is. I heard this meditation in my morning OA meeting and wanted to share. Grab some tissues and make peace with your past. And if it's really hard, which it may be, reach out to Lori because for some stuff, you just need your person by your side ☮️ 🙏🏻 ❤️ Inner Child Work for me, is emotional.
