Kate took “cool” lavender towels to a new level this morning 🤣🧊❄️

I told her we may as well have dunked our heads in a snowbank for meditation!

Really though, the chilled towels are a delightful when they aren’t a frozen brick…pair that with reiki and that post movement peace and it’s MAGICAL!!

And the movement day was perfection for restoring and preparing for all the shoveling!👏🏻👏🏻

Next up is yoga with Mima tonight at 5:30pm!

Hopped on the zoom for Soul Fusion this morning. Sat up from meditation and was reminded that we are sisters🤣🤣

Did you guys know that we stream all of our movement classes LIVE via Zoom? If you aren’t local or aren’t able to make it in studio, you can sign up for our virtual option!!

Depending on my schedule or what’s happening in life, I use this option often! You feel like you are part of the class even from your own home..or wherever you happen to be when you join!

You can keep your camera off if you prefer! I like to have mine on because it keeps me accountable to challenge myself!!

Kate and Mima do an amazing job of teaching with direction and cues to suit both in person and virtual attendees!

You get distant reiki healing and a card pull, as well!

We want to make sure you always have an opportunity to show up for YOU…and the added bonus is all the laughter {especially hilarious when I have in my AirPods and I’m cracking up by myself in my basement gym😂}!

Did you know we can teach you the practice of Reiki?!

We offer certifications for Level 1, 2 and Master in Usui Reiki. And we won’t smack you, promise🤣😉

Level 1 is intended for your personal practice and opening the door to mindset shifts, daily intentions and learning how to really allow healing to occur.

Level 2 is the opportunity to deepen your practice, learn the sacred symbols and learn how to practice on others if you want to take that path.

Master level is when you make the decision to walk through life with your reiki practice. You learn additional sacred symbols and how to certify others if that is something you would like to do.

Truly though, every level is first meant for YOU! You can learn this practice without ever being a practitioner. Usui’s method was created for every person to learn this practice, because when we learn how to allow our own healing to occur, more peace and wholeness evolves from there!

Bu****it, like Kate?! Maybe it’s fear, worry, lack, overwhelm…whatever it is, just know that you are being divinely guided and supported to release it!

Also…if you come to class, maybe we will teach you how to write with your feet. I guess you’re gonna have to come to the cottage and see for yourself 😏🤣🫣

In all seriousness, we always set intentions in class about what we can set down that is no longer ours to carry and shift to what we choose to hold…even if it’s just for today!! See you soon😘😘
