Wayne Becker is a District Sales and agronomy specialist for Nachurs liquid fertilizer. He regularly works with farmers, ag professionals, and university personnel to better understand and utilize specialty fertilizer sources to improve crop fertility management. He has an admiration for the hard working people in the agriculture industry and enjoys the rewards of growing and harvesting the crop. His goal is to be able to share knowledge to help farmers and ag professionals improve crop performance. He resides in North Texas where he lives on a small farm with his wife Melissa and two children.

James Henderson with Prime Dirt will be discussing the role of biology in today's production ag.

James is originally from Snyder, TX, a small West Texas town. Growing up on a small ranch, he learned the value of hard work, free enterprise and conservative values. A graduate of Texas Tech University, James moved to Denver, CO and worked in the agriculture sector as a market analyst for cattle and grain markets. After moving to California to be closer to his wife’s family, he partnered with CXI to launch Prime Dirt, a soil probiotic company. Recognizing the need to validate soil probiotics in a commercial setting, James spent the last 10 years educating, researching and trialing CXI’s signature products to growers all over the continental United States. Currently, Prime Dirt has distribution in 20 states and 3 countries, and continues to grow. James and his wife, Nicky, farm walnuts and olives in the San Joaquin valley and run a commercial cow calf operation in the foothills.

His strong background in agriculture is important, as he recognizes the need for good common sense weather forecasting that can be readily used by farmers and ranchers. Brian has several private clients scattered across United States. He frequently speaks all across the region about weather and the importance of using long range forecasting to help your business.

Clydesdale Agronomy is excited to announce that we will host our Field Day Plot Tour on Wednesday, September 15th!

Our 2021 tour will include our latest Pioneer varieties and technologies showcased in plots across Norton county, as well as key management items such as fertility and plant population.

Dinner and Social at Bullseye: 6:30pm
