Today’s leadership meeting brought some unexpected laughs. We decided to leave Kevin out of our inside joke — “anything but a water bottle.” Let’s just say there was no shortage of creative drinking vessels around the table… and even more laughter to go with them.

March 24 is World TB Day
Today, we recognize World TB Day and raise awareness about tuberculosis (TB)—a disease that still affects millions of people around the world.
This day commemorates the historic discovery in 1882 when Dr. Robert Koch identified the bacterium that causes TB, paving the way for diagnosis and treatment.
Together with partners and communities, the CDC continues working to prevent, find, and cure TB. By raising awareness, supporting testing and treatment, and strengthening public health efforts, we move closer to eliminating TB.
Let’s work together to end TB.
