Honored to speak at the Northwell Health ACP symposium! This past weekend, I had the privilege of speaking at the Northwell Health, advanced, clinical providers, symposium, joining an inspiring group of leaders and clinicians, dedicated to advancing the role of a CP‘s in healthcare. It was an incredible opportunity to share insights, exchange, ideas, and connect with colleagues who are passionate about clinical excellence, education, and innovation inpatient care. Grateful to the organizers for the invitation and to everyone who attended and contributed to the vibrant discussions. Events like this remind us of the power of collaboration and continued learning in shaping the future of medicine.

Despite being one of the smallest classes yet, this year was filled with incredible learning, teamwork, and milestones we’ll never forget. Our village at Norwalk Hospital—surgeons, PAs, residents, nurses, OR staff, and beyond—showed us what true support looks like. To everyone who taught us, guided us, or simply cheered us on: thank you.

To future residents: Take it all in—the wins, the challenges, the long nights. There’s a lesson in everything.

Simulation training plays an important role in the education of Norwalk PA Residents. PA residents spend many hours during their year practicing procedures, suturing, and working through clinical scenarios.
