Patty Abrigo-Naidenoff, aka PT Patty is the owner of Integrated Therapeutic Healing and is a licensed physical therapist with 24 years of clinical experience. She specializes in offering simple and safe solutions for all pain and mobility problems through her integrated and whole body approach. She is Certified as a Yoga Instructor, a Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction Specialist, a Cancer Rehabilitation Clinician, and a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner. She enjoys spending time at the beach, visiting family, practicing yoga, and connecting with other like minded professionals. She is passionate about helping others to feel their best in the most meaningful and holistic way possible!

Rcovery: The Strategy High Performers Can’t Ignore

At this week’s IRN Huron County meeting, Michael Moore of Norwalk Wellness Center and Patty Abrigo-Naidenoff, owner of Integrated Therapeutic Healing, presented on the importance of intentional recovery for sustained performance.

High performers don’t just work hard — they recover strategically.

This message applies not only to athletes, but also to professionals, CEOs, business owners, managers, and team leaders. Anyone responsible for decisions and results must manage energy as carefully as they manage time.

A key focus of the presentation was the nervous system. When the body remains in a prolonged stress state (fight-or-flight), performance declines. True recovery happens when the body shifts into rest-and-repair mode, allowing clarity, resilience, and productivity to improve.

As part of the educational discussion, CBD was also addressed.

CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-intoxicating compound found in the h**p plant. It interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, which helps regulate sleep, mood, stress response, and inflammation. When professionally manufactured and properly tested, some individuals use CBD products to support sleep quality, reduce tension, and assist in overall recovery balance.

Patty has completed extensive due diligence and was recently approved to offer organic, professional-grade CBD extracts from Clean Remedies PRO in Avon, Ohio.

Holistic Physical Therapy & Wellness

2 years ago I decided to step “outside of the box” or the traditional medical world and started a side-hustle providing physical therapy services in a non-traditional way. I began seeing patients out of a small yoga studio in Norwalk, called Mindful Asana. I started working collaboratively with the yoga instructor, Keelie, to help people achieve their goals in a meaningful and effective way. I gradually started working with other health and wellness providers in the area to help my patients and their clients to feel their best using a team approach. Through this process, I have been able to combine my love of yoga and physical therapy to create a unique class to help people find relief of their pain through safe movements and education. I have also been able to reach out to so many other people that have had failed treatments, were searching for alternative healing methods, or have been unable to access the care they needed due to limited insurance benefits. All of my 20+ years of practicing as a physical therapist in a variety of roles and settings, has prepared me for this next venture in my hopes to change the delivery of healthcare today.
