Holistic Physical Therapy & Wellness
2 years ago I decided to step βoutside of the boxβ or the traditional medical world and started a side-hustle providing physical therapy services in a non-traditional way. I began seeing patients out of a small yoga studio in Norwalk, called Mindful Asana. I started working collaboratively with the yoga instructor, Keelie, to help people achieve their goals in a meaningful and effective way. I gradually started working with other health and wellness providers in the area to help my patients and their clients to feel their best using a team approach. Through this process, I have been able to combine my love of yoga and physical therapy to create a unique class to help people find relief of their pain through safe movements and education. I have also been able to reach out to so many other people that have had failed treatments, were searching for alternative healing methods, or have been unable to access the care they needed due to limited insurance benefits. All of my 20+ years of practicing as a physical therapist in a variety of roles and settings, has prepared me for this next venture in my hopes to change the delivery of healthcare today.
