Being a therapist has shown me that while we share common insecurities and experiences of trauma, each individual also possesses unique complexities shaped by their subconscious. Acknowledging these shared vulnerabilities and the need for acceptance and validation is essential for fostering self-awareness and healing.

Being a therapist has taught me a great deal about the common thoughts, feelings, fears, and worries that we all share. It has taught me that we are not alone in the ways we think and feel about certain situations.
