Facility Record: 465 lb Reverse Lunge 💪

Sam Gettinger has been absolutely crushing the weight room while progressing through TJ rehab with us and has already added 120 lbs to his reverse lunge since 2024.

We can't wait to see how these improvements translate to the field this summer!

Hip & Back Pain → Pain Free + College Commitment

Congrats to .frank11 on his commitment to play at Keystone College!

With a season that stretched into early October, restoring his health was the top priority at the start of the offseason. Improvngtrunk stability both in the weight room as well as some mechanical adjustments to clean up some inefficiencies has been a big part of that. Looking forward to seeing him perform this Spring!

PEAK athletic expression happens when the CHALLENGE of the task pulls an athlete just outside the realm of what they think is possible. Creative challenges like the 2 lacrosse ball reaction drill here get an athlete fully engaged, present, and entering a state of flow to accomplish the task at hand.

We use exercises like this in our athlete’s training, warmups, and pre-throw priming to feel their most athletic before conquering difficult tasks.

Congratulations to on his commitment to play baseball at Dean University!

In 6 months of remote coaching with , Jacob went from 67mph and no college offers to low 80s and a college commitment.

He had a previous injury that caused some inefficient movement patterns and a large loss of velo. Within the first 6 weeks, he reached his previous PR of 81mph, and now 7 months later is sitting in the low 80s. Here are some of his numbers:

Ht: 5’10 ➡️ 5’10
Wt: 215 ➡️ 195
Deadlift: 345 ➡️ 425
Reverse Lunge: 245 ➡️ 275
Chin Up: 5 BW ➡️ 250lb 1RM
Bird Dog Row: 65 ➡️ 80
Top Velo: 67mph ➡️ 81mph

He wanted to play at the next level. He made the decision to make a change. He did all the work.

Christian has trained with us since 2021, utilizing our integrated therapy, strength, and throwing services to help his fastball jump nearly 20 mph, now touching 86 mph!

Adam has trained with us since his senior year of high school in 2018 and seen his mound velocity jump from topping 93 mph to 98 mph!
