A huge thank you to the IADNR for inviting Forest Spirit LLC to lead two forest therapy walks at the Spring BOW workshop—a fantastic workshop held this year at Wesley Woods Camp and Retreat Center! 🌿✨

What a perfect day to hit the trail, slow things waaaay down, and reconnect—with ourselves and the natural world. From noticing the little details to breathing in that fresh forest air, it was all about relaxing, laughing, and fully soaking in the experience.

Grateful for the chance to share such a joyful, grounding time with an amazing group of women 💚
