Sciatica Symptoms

Dot drill is a great drill for athletes and patients recovering from ACL surgery. In my experience the hardest thing about recovering from ACL surgery is not getting ROM or strength, it's getting that patient to trust their leg to do what it's supposed to in an athletic way. If you go back to sports and hesitate during a maneuver that you normally wouldn't you may reinjure that leg. 100% trust is needed.
