As an openly gay male social worker, Corey brings a deeply personal and professional commitment to holistic, wellness-centered, and alternative approaches to healing and recovery. His practice integrates clinical theories and evidence-based interventions with a human-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based lens. He values therapeutic partnership, collaboration, and promoting autonomy and self-efficacy as core elements of the healing process.
Corey draws from various modalities, including psychodynamic and systems approaches, always with cultural humility and awareness. His clinical work incorporates tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, SFBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in navigating life’s challenges and transitions.
With meaningful contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community and the peer support movement, Corey offers extensive experience working with individuals impacted by substance use, trauma, adversity, sexuality and gender identity concerns, relationship issues, and systemic oppression.
Regardless of your therapeutic goals, Corey will meet you where you are, honor your lived experience, and collaborate with you to explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you hope to go. Together, you will co-create a pathway forward grounded in trust, compassion, and possibility.

Please join us for an ongoing virtual Mindfulness Skill Development Series, led by Corey Hudson, psychotherapist and LMSW at CCC, that explores the benefits of nonjudgmental and compassionate curiosity and observation, cultivation of intentional presence and gratitude, enhancement of coping skills, increased distress tolerance and improved emotional regulation.
No experience is necessary, only a willingness to explore how our beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors may be helping or hindering our effectiveness at building healthy intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, and how to manage the stressors and triggering events in our daily lives in healthier ways.
This series will explore and incorporate practices related to meditation, breathwork, radical acceptance, forgiveness, emotional intelligence and awareness, nervous system and emotional regulation techniques, impacts of trauma (fight, flight and freeze modes), decreasing dissociation, self-compassion, creating boundaries and setting limits, maintaining self-care and more.
The group begins September 2nd and will occur weekly on Tuesdays 3:30 pm - 5:00
PM. Please use the following link to sign up. It is not necessary to attend weekly to gain something of value. Come when you can. Build community and support.

Today marks a global call to action to challenge and eliminate the stigma that continues to affect the lives of millions of people living with HIV. Stigma can silence people, isolate them from their communities, and deny them the opportunities they deserve.
This year’s theme reminds us to stop stigma in every part of life. Because ending stigma is not just about HIV - it’s about inclusion, dignity, and justice for everyone. Challenge stigma wherever you see it - whether in your workplace, community, or online.
Circle Care Center continues to advance health equity, inclusion, and dignity for all.
No Stigma, Just Care
