Blessed Care for the Elderly is a Home Health Care Agency with offices located in Norwalk, Connecticut and Port Chester, New York. We offer our services in Connecticut and New York, including Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Rockland and Dutchess Counties, as well as New York City Boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and Nassau County, Long Island - providing home health aides/caregivers, medical nurses, and companions for the elderly or patients recovering after an injury. Our home health care professionals are available on a part-time and full-time basis, providing services such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and assistance with the daily routine (i.e. grocery shopping, driving to doctor's appointments, taking prescribed medication, walking, and completing physical therapy exercises ordered by a doctor or physical therapist).
