Dr. A’s son created a design for this year’s mental health t-shirt, and it carries a powerful message:

"You see ‘Slow. Distant. Chaotic. Difficult.’ But underneath? It’s really ‘Processing. Resting. Coping. Growing.'"

This design challenges the way we label others without understanding their struggles. Every t-shirt sold helps AHSS provide pro bono services to clients in need and contributes to our hardship grants for essentials like rent and groceries.

Maybe someone at our local school districts should take note - better to dance than wrestle

Students who were given the shortest phone break—which totaled one minute—had the highest test grades and were the most attentive during class.
