This afternoon's tour of the Iowa Judicial Building was exceptional. Thank you, Abhash, for your assistance. We were honored when Justice McDonald took the time to discuss the symbiotic relationship between the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. The discussion was captivating and instructive. Furthermore, we appreciated the opportunity to meet two law clerks, Chloe and Will, and wish them all the best in their chosen profession.

This afternoon, we visited the Iowa State Capitol. We extend our sincere gratitude to Eric, our tour guide, who delivered a truly outstanding performance. We enjoyed viewing the Senate floor, Iowa House of Representatives, and exploring the former location of the Iowa Supreme Court prior to their relocation. We were all deeply impressed by the rich history of our State Capitol.

YEE HA! We all had a wonderful time at the State Fair this afternoon engaging in the bull-riding activity with Bo Jangles. Our maintenance supervisor Rob participated alongside us in having a highly enjoyable experience. Afterwards we gathered in the bistro for delicious creamsicle shakes. Tomorrow is the grand finale of the Holland Farms State Fair!

🐷🐄🏁 This morning, our first-ever pig and cow races took place at The Homestead, providing an incredibly entertaining experience for everyone involved. Residents chose names for their pigs and cows, and the excitement was palpable as the crowd cheered the competitors on to the finish line.
