This class is half strength, half conditioning—the perfect balance to build power, endurance, and confidence under the bar.

We focus on Olympic lifts and accessory work that strengthens your main lifts—squat, bench, deadlift, press. Technique, explosiveness, and getting stronger every week.

🔥 In the metcon:
You’ll move, sweat, push the pace, and finish feeling like you just leveled up.

You will learn, progress, and be coached every step of the way.
