Live/in-person training opportunity. Exploring Ethics while working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or autism. This training is for For social workers, case managers, support coordinators, and other professionals working collaboratively with adults with ID/A.

About the Presenter:
Tia Warner, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in social services. She operates a private practice in Norway, Maine, providing trauma-informed, person-centered care integrating mindfulness with cognitive and dialectical behavioral approaches. With a background spanning direct support, case management, compliance, and utilization review, Tia brings extensive insight into ethical practice across systems serving individuals with ID/A and other vulnerable populations. In her presentation, “Supporting Individuals with ID/A: Ethical Considerations for Case Managers and Service Providers,” she explores real-world ethical challenges and practical guidance for professionals in the field.
