Good afternoon! The shop will be back open next Wednesday, 2/22. Unfortunately there was an incident that caused water damage on all three floors of the shop. We’ve been working hard to get back open and apologize for any inconvenience! We can’t wait to see you all soon. Have a great weekend! 💕

So excited to announce that the shop will be reopening TOMORROW Saturday July 2nd from 10-3! New hours will begin next week. We’ll be open Tuesdays thru Fridays 12-5 with the occasional Saturday sprinkled in. We’ve missed all of you and are looking forward to seeing you again!

Then the next 4 weeks are going to be devoted solely to you and your health goals. I’m going to support you with a variety of tools to set you up for success and help you stay on track.
