Isn't it time for a reset? I had a reset this week and even *I* as a therapist forget how transformative these sessions are. This is an amazing way to get you reconnected to your body and out of your mind.

This is a 75 minute session, and all sessions take place on a Biomat at no extra charge. If you're interested we can add 30 to 45 minutes of Reiki. Lately I've been having fun by taking before and after pictures of my clients and showing them. You cannot believe the difference.
