Full Moon Rising, LLC Full Moon Rising is a Wellness Studio that offers Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and Yoga Also offered is Lactation Counselling and Breastfeeding Education.

Full Moon Rising offers a wide rage of Bodywork, including Therapeutic Massage, Deep Swedish, Somatic Bodywork, Sports Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy. Physical Therapy is available on Mondays and Fridays in the studio by appointment only. Be sure to check out the local art displayed in the studio. We are so excited to welcome Rachel to our Massage Therapist Collective!

With 19 years of experience as a massage therapist, Rachel dedicated her career to helping others find balance and harmony through a holistic approach to bodywork. Since graduating from the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts in 2006, Rachel has had the privilege of supporting clients in achieving their wellness goals through the healing power of touch.

Rachel is a Certified DeepFeet Ashiatsu Bar Therapist, a modality that has been both amazing to learn and experience. She loves incorporating a variety of techniques into her sessions, including kneading, stretching, myofascial release, acupressure, cupping, and pressure point therapy. She is continually inspired by how these methods support her clients’ well-being. Adding FaceLift Massage to her practice has allowed Rachel to work with women who, like herself, appreciate a natural way to brighten and lift the face.
One of her greatest joys is working with expectant mothers through prenatal massage, helping them find comfort and connection during such a special time.

When Rachel is not in the treatment room, she enjoys spending time in nature—hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and camping. She and her husband, Joel, recently moved to Iron Mountain from southwest Michigan, and they love life in the U.P.! They are looking forward to many adventures, especially camping with their three cats: Palmer, Fern, and Juniper.
