Have you ever heard of a nosebreaker or a skull crusher? 💀Well, it's one of my fav tricep exercises when it's done properly. Keep your grip closer, elbows, high, and reach for the ceiling with your knuckles. Try to isolate the back of your arms. Drop your lower back and pull in your abs. 👌congrats .realtor you have mastered this form!! 💪
