1. Get down on one knee, torso tall, and keep that chest up! 2.Tuck your tailbone down and in (most important!) 3. From this position take a breath in, and as you exhale, lean forward. 4. Hold that position for 20-30 seconds, allowing those hips to open up. 5. Repeat on both sides.
