NVNA and Hospice also operates NVNA WORKS as a private caregiving division. Thank you to The Women's Edge and The Boston Globe for once again naming NVNA and Hospice to the list, and to Gov. Karen Wenger, DNP, RN, Hospice Support Nurse, has been part of the NVNA and Hospice team since January 2024. In her role, Karen admits patients to hospice and partners with case managers to provide additional support during visits. A key part of her work involves educating and offering emotional support to both patients and their families.

This list measured 300 agencies nationwide based on quality metrics, peer recommendations, patient experience, and accreditations.

What an inspiring event celebrating the launch of Voices: The Campaign for Patient Care Access. In year two, we are announcing $14 million raised towards our $20 million goal for hospice and palliative services.

This morning, 175 donors gathered with us to celebrate the public launch of Voices: The Campaign for Patient Care Access.

Our goal: To raise $20 million for expanding palliative and hospice services. As of today, we have raised $14 million for this critical mission.

NVNA and Hospice is proud to join the Health & Wellness Fair at the Scituate Senior Center on Friday, October 3, from 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m.

Hosted by the Scituate Council on Aging and The Friends of South Shore Health, the event will focus on resources, education, and prevention for seniors and their families. This event is free, and registration is not required.
