To BCBS Patients: We have recently learned that there was an administrative error within BCBS that generated letters to our patients stating that we were no longer participating with BCBS. Please be advised this is not the case. We are still credentialed, Board Certified providers within the BCBS network and they are correcting the problem on their end. Thank you for your patience and understanding while this gets resolved.

JOB OPENING!!! Seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a qualified, kind, honest person with prior work in a primary care medical office. As the first contact in the office, the receptionist must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and multi-tasking is essential! Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, checking emails, scanning documents, checking patients in/out, confirming insurance information, obtaining prior authorizations, and processing referrals among other things. At least two years of experience as a medical receptionist is a requirement.
