We're grateful to our colleagues for all of their efforts this week, both at our practices and behind the scenes.

We appreciate all that you do! Thank you!

As we near the end of an unpredictable week, we wanted to send a heartfelt "thank you" to colleagues across South Shore Health for their extraordinary efforts before, during, and after this week's blizzard.

In the face of challenging conditions, our colleagues ensured that our patients continued to receive safe, high-quality care.

We've heard a number of remarkable stories from colleagues over the course of the week, including:

• A South Shore VNA colleague going above and beyond by riding in a plow to see a patient
• Our EMS Team successfully responding to a number of 9-1-1 calls during the height of the storm on Monday
• Colleagues offering rides to those who were stuck, including one colleague who drove another all the way to Fall River
• A colleague having their car towed out after getting stuck in the snow, then returning to South Shore Hospital for another shift

Our colleagues arrived early and stayed late to ensure continuity of care. Their dedication, teamwork, and resilience embody the spirit of South Shore Health and our community.

Whether out in the community, at one of our sites of care, or working behind the scenes, we're grateful to our colleagues for rising to the occasion, even under trying circumstances.

Thank you for all that you do! Here's to thinking thoughts of spring!
