We're excited to welcome Jane LaMoore, CNP, FNP to South Shore Medical Center!

Jane is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than seven years of nursing experience.

Prior to joining South Shore Medical Center, Jane worked at South Shore Hospital, caring for vascular, podiatry, kidney failure, medical/surgical, and post-operative patients.

Jane will be an advanced practice clinician supporting primary care clinicians at our Quincy practice.

Due to a power outage, the Plymouth office of The Women's Center of South Shore Medical Center at 118 Long Pond Road will be closed on Friday, Aug. 29.

Patients with appointments today have been notified and will be seen in South Shore Medical Center's Kingston office at 5 Tarkiln Road.

The Plymouth office will reopen for appointments on Tuesday, Sept. 2

Labor Day already?! It seems like summer just started...

As a reminder, our Norwell practice will be open holiday hours of 9 AM-1 PM on Monday (September 1).

All other South Shore Medical Center practices, including The Women's Center locations, will be closed on Monday.

If you need convenient access to care on Labor Day, consider visiting your nearest Health Express. All locations will be open until 4 PM.

Due to ongoing construction around South Shore Medical Center Quincy, we encourage patients to allow themselves extra time to get to their appointments.

The best parking option for patients is the City of Quincy's Kilroy Square Parking Garage, located at 25 Cottage Street. This garage is just a three-minute walk through Kilroy Square to our Quincy practice.

Additional updates include:

• Due to construction on McConville/Ross Way, access to our rear entrance will be limited for the foreseeable future. All patients should use our front entrance at 1495 Hancock Street, including those needing assistance.
• The handicap parking spots at our rear entrance on McConville/Ross Way will not be available during construction. Additional handicap parking spots are available on Hancock Street, adjacent to our practice.
• For patients who are receiving a ride, a dedicated pick-up/drop-off zone will be available outside of our front entrance on Hancock Street.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience during this exciting time in Quincy Center.
