The in-person event held at OM Center yesterday was characterized by a serene atmosphere, warmth, and enchanting harp music. Gentle yoga, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness collectively fostered a sense of community. Thank you to all who attended ❤️

Our intention is to provide a space to gather during this busy season and work on bringing a sense of calm to all that this time of year entails. We will practice a gentle yoga flow designed to open your heart and let joy in, Yoga Nidra to help us feel rested and easy to add into your life self care practices to keep your cup more than half full! All of this will be made even more magical by the musical gifts of Nicole Anderson. She will set the tone for the entire gathering with her beautiful harp music. It’s a true gift to yourself!

Join Lori Fitzpatrick & her husband Mike Balonis , owners of as we prepare to raise our vibration after a long winters rest.

Lori Fitzpatrick and Mike Balonis are powerful conduits of sound and will take you on a journey that leaves your soul uplifted and your body light. They are both certified with the well-renowned Sage Academy of Sound in Woodstock, New York, and have been trained in all three fundamentals of sound- sacred metals, sacred crystals, and indigenous and shamanic vibrations. Lori is a certified Reiki practitioner and channels her powerful energy throughout the practice.

In this inclusive workshop, Mike Balonis, a master teacher of pranayama techniques and certified through the classical lineage of Sivananda Yoga, will be our guide through our sound journey

We will begin with a Yoga Nidra practice while Lori serenades us with crystal bowls. You will truly enter a state of bliss and deep relaxation

Next we will be immersed in the tranquil tones and vibrations of Himalayan singing Bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, and sacred indigenous sound tools. Reiki will be offered throughout our time together.
