Join hosts Cassandra Milone of Still Within Collaborative Wellness Center and Joyce Delgardo, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master/Teacher for a peaceful evening of deep relaxation and renewal as you are immersed in a Reiki Infused Sound Bath Meditation. It’s a beautiful way to close out the week and give back to yourself.

As Thanksgiving approaches and the end of the year begins to fly by, take this opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your inner peace and gratitude. This evening is all about you - finding balance, calm, and restoration during this busy time of year.

During this 2-hour experience, you’ll be held in the sacred space that Cassandra and Joyce create together. The evening will begin with a guided meditation. As Joyce goes around the room offering a mini Reiki healing to each person, Cassandra will fill the room with a soothing sound bath. You will be immersed in the healing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, gong, toning, drums, and more. In this intimate setting, a deep sense of trust, openness, and transformation naturally unfolds.
