My heart is full of gratitude after a great "Meet the team @ Still Within" event last night.

We had 10 lovely women join, breaking them up into 3 groups. They got to experience a mini sound bath, yoga, and a non surgical face lift. As everyone came together in openness and vulnerability, we shared what led us there. There were tears, laughter, and everything in between. There is no doubt that everyone who came was meant to be there - together holding space for each other. It was beautiful!

Thank you to all who joined. We are so happy you could be a part of the evening. If you were not able to make this event, follow along for the next one, come fall.

Tentative new schedule starting September 8, 2025 ✨💫

Happy Monday! As most of my regular clients know, my daughter has become very busy with dance, making both her studio dance team and high school dance team for this upcoming year 🎉 With that being said, I will have to make some changes to my schedule to be available for her which will take effect Monday 9/8/25.

The new schedule will be:
Mondays 4-8pm
T, W, Th & F- 9am- 4pm
Every other weekend Saturday 10-5
& Sunday 11-5

If you know you will need evening appointments, I HIGHLY recommend booking far in advance 🙏🏻 Also, please use the waitlist option on the website. There may be times I can accommodate a later appointment during the week & if someone cancels, the waitlist is always the first to be notified 😉
