Cassandra Milone and Joyce Delgardo come together for a serene evening. They create a welcoming and safe atmosphere to guide through the winter blues during this season.

The days are shorter, and nights are longer. The holiday fanfare has come and gone. And yet, we still have several weeks of winter to endure. It’s no wonder that the winter blues are a regular visitor for many. Many of us are dealing with a gloomier mood, overall apathy, a decreased interest in activities we usually enjoy, craving carbs, overeating, etc.

Sound healing, meditation, and Reiki can be extremely helpful to beating the winter blues. They promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, focus, and sleep, and can help with chronic pain, depression, and trauma release, benefiting both mental and physical well-being by calming the nervous system and encouraging self-healing.

In this 2-hour event, we will gather in a small group. You will settle onto your yoga mat, creating a space for optimal comfort. Let yourself relax as you listen to a guided meditation that will guide you into the vibrations of the sound bath and mini reiki session. This sound bath will be a variety of instruments from tibetan & crystal bowls, gong, toning, chimes, drums, rattles, and more.
