A calming yoga practice that will incorporate intentional stress-relieving stretches, a peaceful mindset, and a deep relaxation to help you get through your day. After class, enjoy a refreshing breakfast smoothie by Kate from Cottage Bakery, choose from: Zen Glow, Warrior Fuel, or Green Goddess. The cost of the smoothie is included in the class.

TUESDAY & FRIDAY MORNING'S @ 6:00 AM

Kripalu yoga is rooted in Hatha yoga, but includes longer meditation periods at the start and end of class and emphasizes holding poses to deepen the breath and body awareness. While not a strenuous flow class, it may include gentle flow elements at times. This class is open to all levels, including beginners, with clear and detailed guidance provided for each pose.
