Hospice & Palliative Care of Chenango County invites you to join our Grief Support Group, meeting Wednesday, January 14th, at 4:00 PM.

The group meets once a month at our office in Norwich and offers a safe, supportive space to connect with others who understand.

To register or learn more, please call 607-334-3556 and ask to speak with our Grief Services Coordinator, Jordyn Raysor, LMSW.

Our Caregiver Support Group resumes this week for the New Year. The next session will be on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Please call 607-334-3556 to register prior to our next session or to learn more information.

Participants are welcome to attend either in-person at 33-39 Court Street, Norwich, or join virtually by phone or video. This group is designed to provide support and connection among caregivers. It is free and open to any caregivers in Chenango County.

The Bandera Family and Community Alliance will once again be serving free meals this year on Christmas Day to community members at several local American Legion Posts, including the Norwich American Legion Post 189!

According to The Evening Sun, “Delivery orders are still being taken by calling 211 to the United Way. Calls can be made from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until December 23.”
