A child's nervous system is like an intricate web of connections that influences their thoughts, feelings, and actions. To support their healthy development, it's crucial for their adults to grasp the basics of this system. Think of it as a road map; understanding it helps us guide children through the twists and turns of life.

When we recognise signs of stress, anxiety, or overexcitement in a child, we can respond with patience and empathy. They're not 'out to get us', their nervous systems are dysregulated!

Creating an environment where they feel safe and valued is vital. This knowledge empowers us to be the calm harbour during their emotional storms, fostering their emotional intelligence and overall well-being.

Mind Management Services Inc. Celebrated 30 years in 2023. Mind management was created through a partnership between my mother, Diane Page and her friend 30 years ago. When the partnership ended I joined my mother in the business. Diane passed away in 2011 and I am keeping the buisness going strong. I am looking to add more clinicians over the next year to keep up with the constant referrals.
