I’m so excited to finally share my first yoga offerings.

I’ll be teaching all levels yoga & meditation at Thompson Parks & Rec on Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30PM starting February 4th!

This class blends mindful flow with intentional movement, breathing, and meditation practices.

Designed for all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, my classes will meet you where you are.

Not only is she a nationally certified reflexologist, she was also trained by our mentor, the amazing Elysia Bates Reflexology Therapist! ⭐️

Heather offers foot & ear reflexology, and soon, hand reflexology as well.

She has availability
Thursdays 12/4 & 12/18 from 6-7 pm &

Our next foundational 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training begins June 13, 2026!

One weekend a month for 11 months.
