💙 Meet Jerry Novak — A True Inspiration! 💙

After nearly 50 years of serving his country as a Marine and his community as a police officer and bailiff, Jerry wasn’t ready to slow down. Unfortunately, knee pain was making it harder to stay active and do the work he loves.

Thanks to Dr. Brad S. Cohen and the amazing team at Poway Surgery Center, Jerry had successful joint replacement surgery on both knees. Now he’s back on his feet and doing what he loves most!

We’re so proud to be part of Jerry’s journey and grateful for the care teams who help patients like him get back to living life to the fullest. 🙌

Way to go, Jerry! 💪

🙌 We Celebrate Teamwork every step of the way at AMSURG, and leaders like Justin Cave, Director of Operations, show us what that truly means.

When a teammate needed time away, Justin increased his ASC portfolio by 50% to ensure partners continued to feel supported. His commitment helped ensure these centers didn’t just maintain, they thrived. That’s what collaboration and trust look like in action. 💙

Join us in celebrating the power of teamwork and the people who bring it to life every day.

🧡 Celebrating 35 years of access, inclusion, and care!

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law 35 years ago, making a powerful promise: equal access to the spaces, services and support everyone deserves. This includes outpatient surgical care.

At AMSURG centers across the country, we honor this legacy every day by ensuring our facilities are welcoming, accessible and designed with every patient in mind. To us, Care Deeply means always putting people first.

✊🏾 Honoring Juneteenth ✊🏿

Today, we recognize Juneteenth—an important day in American history that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. It is a time to reflect on the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equality, and justice for all.

At The Eye Surgery Center, we honor this day by reaffirming our commitment to equity, inclusion, and dignity in the care we provide and the culture we build.

We encourage reflection, education, and unity as we continue to move forward—together.
