A fresh start doesn’t have to be loud. Morning yoga is one of the ways guests can ease into a more balanced routine at The Spa at Norwich Inn.
Offered in our Wellness Studio, these classes focus on gentle movement, mindful breathing, and creating space to reset before the day begins.
Yoga classes are held Wednesday through Saturday at 9:00am and are $20 per session. Space is limited, and we recommend signing up in advance at the Spa Front Desk.
It is a simple, thoughtful way to care for both body and mind as the year unfolds.
