This month is filled with beautiful opportunities to connect, heal, and grow—through pop-ups, healing circles, and some truly special events in different communities. Each offering feels so aligned, and I can’t wait to share these experiences with you.

If you’ve been feeling the nudge to take time for yourself, to reset, or to step into something new… this is your invitation 💫

I’ll be traveling to Oneonta, Clinton, Sherburne—and of course holding space in my studio as well. I would love to see you, whether it’s for a session or at one of these gatherings.

This morning I gave myself a beautiful gift — self-healing.

I’ve been feeling off lately… out of balance, emotional, and carrying more than my own energy. I could feel the weight of it starting to affect my relationships, my work and life. And all these gray days weren’t helping. Taking the time to pause, release, and clear the accumulation of emotions — both mine and what I’ve picked up from others — was the most powerful act of self-care I could have given myself.

And wow… what a shift.

I’m moving into this day feeling lighter, clearer, and more positive than I have in far too long.

If you’ve been feeling off, let this be your reminder…

You don’t have to stay there.
You’re allowed to pause.
You’re allowed to release.
You’re allowed to come back to yourself. 🤍
