Last week, two patients returned for follow-up visits after seeking support for smoking cessation. Following just one acupuncture treatment, both had successfully stopped smoking and reported feeling optimistic about maintaining a smoke-free lifestyle. There were high fives all around! 🙌

Acupuncture can be an effective adjunct therapy for those looking to quit smoking and improve their overall health.

Yep, even as an acupuncturist!
But acupuncture? That’s a whole different story. It’s gentle, calming, and nothing like the big, scary needles we often think of. Most people are shocked at how relaxing it is — myself included the first time I received acupuncture.
If you’ve been curious but nervous, I get it. I’ve been there. And I’d love to show you how peaceful and healing acupuncture can really be. 👌
