The Color Barre Hair & Yoga Studio

The Color Barre Hair & Yoga Studio Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Body Sculpting, Cardio & Strength Training Michelle has been doing hair for about 16 years. Brandie has been doing hair for about 15 years.

She randomly took a yoga class, knowing nothing about yoga and fell in love with it. After yoga teacher training, and teaching some at a local studio, and having her hair clientele built up, she decided to expand her business and open a studio that housed both her love for hair and yoga. She also found a love for yoga and began yoga teacher training and is now a certified yoga instructor also. Jenny began working as a stylist here in June of 2022. She has been doing hair for around 5 years and her business took off when she joined The Color Barre team. You are welcome to call and check about joining our waitlist for becoming a hair client. All of our fitness instructors enjoy watching their students fitness goals progress as they show up and are compassionate about their body and their health goals!!! Meet Nan, Nan has been actively teaching yoga since 2006. Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Anusara Methodology, Yin, Yoga Therapy, Holy Yoga, Y12SR & Living Ayurveda. An ever passionate student, Nan enjoys learning from various traditions & methods.

Known for her precise alignment instructions, intelligent sequencing and down to earth approach, her classes are fun, supportive, inspiring and dedicated to helping students of all levels & abilities enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice. 🤩

-Great classes for Beginngers: Gentle Yoga & Deep Stretch

-Wonderful options for weight trainers - all of our classes would be great for you to stretch out your sore muscules, but definitely incorporating Deep Stretch and Yin would be beneficial.

-Athletes, pickleballers, golfers, etc: Deep Stretch and Yin would be a good option for you guys also, it would help to enhance performance and aids recovery. Focus on strength, balance, and flexibility to improve your game.

-Vinyasa yoga is a wonderful workout, you will experience a dynamic and flowing sequence of postures that synchronize movement with breath. Perfect for those looking for a more energetic workout.

-please note that all of our classes are all levels and we offer variations and modifications so that all levels feel comfrotable. Let us know if you have any health concerns or anything that we need to help you with.
