Our rehabilitation graduates receive regularly scheduled home visits as part of Windsor Healthcare’s post-discharge practice. The visits conducted during the holidays were extra special. When it comes to quality care and preventing readmissions, Windsor never skips a beat!

This week residents and staff had a blast celebrating National Nursing Home Week! Started off the week planting seeds of kindness while gardening, then we had some mystery with a live magic show and Rita’s ice. Then we had a carnival day and played some fun games, had a create your own ice cream sundae bar and them ended the week with with our version of the Kentucky derby and a visit from Mr. Softee! Was a great week had by all! we sure make a great team!
