We are a not for profit yoga studio dedicated to yoga, meditation, and the recovery process. Each yoga class ends with a recovery meeting. We are not interested in what fellowship you attend or in what or how much you have used, or if you have abused substances at all, only in how we can grow together in body, mind, and spirit using yoga as a way of getting in touch with our true self. Caring is an official non-profit organization that aims to bring harmony in people utilizing the healing and transformative energy of Yoga, Exercise, Meditation, Nutrition, Reiki, and discovering creative outlets such as writing and art. True Freedom Recovery Yoga is the yoga arm of A Policy of Caring, Inc. We facilitate healing and train groups and individuals on the art of being alive in this busy and changing world.

Tomorrow at noon we will do our annual fire ceremony for those we know who have died or those we greave for. We build a sacred fire and talk about the person and place a rose bud in the fire in their honor
