Correcting the joints in the spine can have a positive impact and assist the body in allowing organs and other areas that would not be commonly associated with a spinal problem to often improve function.

Do you want a nice smelling house with natural fragrances? Consider making a simmer pot.

You can be creative adding a variety of items.

My current simmer pot has pine needles, cedar leaves, cranberries, two teaspoons.of cloves, two cinnamon sticks and I just had an orange so I am putting the orange peel in. Add several cups of water and add more water as needed if your pot is still fragrant at the end of the day, turn off and use it for the next day.
Synthetic fragrances may smell good, but they can affect the liver, lead to migraines in some people and throw off our hormones

One patient who is on his 80's waited one full year befire trying chiropractic. He suffered from severe long back pain and numbness and tingling down both legs Three months later with Activator chiropractic technique, he is pain free and has his life back.
