Our ducks are on the move and we are SO excited to announce that our Flock Of Care Program is officially making its way across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to our Baltimore patients.

We are looking forward to celebrating milestones, spreading positivity, and creating meaningful moments with our Baltimore patients and families as well as our Eastern Shore patients and families.

The Flock of Care Program will Launch on the Baltimore side in June!

🩺 Needs: G-tube
📅 Schedule:

• Night Shift (12 hours) Flexible 1-2 nights per week starting now

• Day Shift (8 hrs) Mondays & Wednesdays starting middle of June

• Day Shift (8 hrs) 9am-4pm Mon-Friday in school setting starting September

✅ Requirements:
• Pediatric g-tube experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
