âNo matter what gets done, or doesnât get done, I am worthyâ
Lately, Iâve been struggling with balance, feeling overwhelmed, and burnt out. The weight of never feeling like Iâm doing enough is exhausting. But Iâm doing my best with what I haveâand realizing that most of this pressure? It comes from my own unrealistic expectations.
So hereâs a reminder:
You are human.
Youâre allowed to feel every emotion. Youâre allowed to not have it all together. Life isnât about being perfectâitâs about being present. Itâs about showing up for yourself, embracing the mess, finding moments of joy in the chaos, and letting go of the idea that you have to do it all, all the time.
Recently, life has tested me a lot. But Iâve learned that so much of what I feel as âstressâ is rooted in how I perceive it. When we think weâre stressed, our bodies respond accordingly. Thatâs why itâs so important to pause, breathe, and re-center when things feel overwhelming.
The hard stuff? Lean into it. Do the things youâve been putting offânot to âget it over with,â but because avoiding it only deepens the burnout. Facing it builds resilience. And each time you face the hard things, you grow stronger.
Ask for help.
Talk to your people.
Make yourself a priorityâeven when it feels like thereâs no time. Because there is time. We make time for what matters.
Forgive yourselfâfor chasing perfection, for overextending yourself, for not putting yourself first. You are worthy even when nothing gets done. You are enough just as you are.
Lately, Iâve been prioritizing mindfulnessâslowing down, breathing, being present. And while Iâm still navigating stress, my perspective is shifting. Breathwork has been transformativeâgiving me clarity, calm, and a way back to myself.
So if youâre in the thick of it right now, know this:
You are strong.
You can handle this.
But you donât have to do it alone.
Do what you can with what you have. Let go of the pressure to always do more. Tomorrow isnât promisedâso move your body, eat like you love yourself, and tell the people you love that you love them.
Right now is all we have.
Take it one moment, one breath, one step at a time.
