Hello Everyone!

I have experienced a deep transformation from Ashanna and Dana's breathwork!
What I value the most is how they spend quality time creating sacred space to enable profound breakthroughs.

The invocation to call in the directions and align the chakras was spoken beautifully while the flute was echoing in the background. Next, was Kirtan chanting to connect with the heart.

Then we set intentions and moved effortlessly into the breathwork.
