As a functional nutritionist, one of the most powerful things I’ve learned is this: women who age well don’t chase extremes - they master the basics.
Across my work with women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, the same patterns show up again and again. They prioritize protein to stabilize blood sugar and protect muscle. They lift weights to preserve bone and metabolic health. They protect their sleep like the foundation it is. And they stay deeply connected- to their bodies, their communities, and their relationships.
None of this is about perfection.
It’s about consistency, intention, and listening to your body as it changes.
If your hormones feel off, your energy isn’t what it used to be, or your libido has quietly disappeared, you don’t have to accept that as “just getting older.” This is work I do every day.
✨ If this resonates, send me a DM or book a consultation through the link in my bio, I’d love to support you.
