🐾 Team Fun at Little Mittens! 🧵

Our amazing staff took a break from or typical day to test out a different kind of skill — felt crafting! ✂️🐑

We spent the afternoon making adorable felt animals and objects, laughing, chatting, and enjoying each other’s company. It was the perfect way to recharge and celebrate the creativity and teamwork that make Little Mittens so special. 💙

Time for Our Toy Rotation! 🎉🧸

Every 3 months, we do a full toy rotation here at the clinic — and yesterday was the day! Yes, it gets a little messy, but the benefits are totally worth it. 😊

Rotating toys regularly helps us:
✅ Keep sessions fresh and engaging
✅ Prevent overstimulation
✅ Support skill generalization in new ways
✅ Maintain a clean and organized environment
✅ Match toys to individual goals and developmental stages

For our kids, it feels like a whole new world of fun — and for our team, it’s a powerful tool to support meaningful progress through play. 🧩💪

🎶 Did you know that one of our favorite ways to help kids follow instructions, stay engaged, and get their wiggles out is through movement and music? 🎉

During circle time, we use interactive songs that encourage listening, turn-taking, and motor planning—all while having a blast! These fun, high-energy songs are a great way to build skills and smiles at the same time. 💃🕺
