As an outpatient therapy administrator at Rivetus Rehabilitation, Kelsey has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to patient care. Kelsey’s appointment as a physical therapist to the state board (term starting April 30, 2026) reflects not only her expertise, but her passion for shaping the future of physical therapy in Michigan.
