CareOne Senior Care is expanding into Ann Arbor, and we’re looking for a Branch Manager who wants to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping seniors age safely at home, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a leadership role that blends sales, client acquisition, care management, and caregiver oversight.

You won’t be doing this alone—this position works closely with our VP of Operations and Agency Administrator and is supported by CareOne Senior Care’s corporate team, including scheduling, onboarding, operating systems, and on-call support.

What you’ll do:

✔ Build strong referral and community relationships

✔ Meet with families and conduct in-home assessments

✔ Oversee caregivers and support quality care delivery

✔ Drive responsible growth while maintaining high client satisfaction
