How to stay guarded, but not how to open.
How to expect disappointment, but not how to receive kindness.
How to believe that blessings, good people, and gentle moments
can truly be meant for you.

☀️ Yet life carries a quiet wisdom:
when you slowly stop bracing for harm,
the world slowly stops feeling so heavy.
The nervous system learns to exhale.
The heart remembers how to trust again.

🍃 So don’t rush this process.
Don’t demand healing on a timeline.
Just open the door a little.
Let goodness enter softly.

A softer life exists.
